What you should know about the export of Counterfeit goods (June 2)

Did you know that Canada recently adopted stronger laws on combating the entry of counterfeit goods across its borders? How does this new legislation affect exporters and what steps can you take to make sure you are compliant? What can you do if you suspect others are pirating or copying your own labels, designs or packaging for products sold in Canada?

Join us as we host Sergeant Jeffrey Karran, Federal Coordinator of Intellectual Property Rights Crime at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, to walk you through changes and requirements under the new Combating Counterfeit Products Act, in effect as of January 1, 2015.
